Description
The Masters of the Mystic Arts are the governing institution of Sorcerers, Sorceresses, Warlocks, Witches, and Wizards. They are dedicated to finding, training, and supervising magic users. Over the years however, the Masters of the Mystic Arts have become increasingly arrogant, egocentric, and isolated from earthly matters.
