Profile

Joe is a nice guy most of the time, but he does have a few buttons if someone pushes he is not as nice a guy anymore. He is confident in himself perhaps at times to much so. While in hero mode he does try to come off as more the harden hero when dealing with the bad guys, but has a problem hiding the good guy when dealing with innocents.

The mountain of a man stands just a bit over seven foot tall, and is built of solid muscle. His brown hair hangs down just to his shoulders and is usually pulled back into a pony tail. He normally has a smile for people he meats as he tries to give off a friendly demeanor.

All of his clothes are custom made, but made to look like normal clothes. His shirt is a black t-shirt with the word Overkill in Green across the chest, with a Skull with bat wings above it. A pair of brown leather jeans cover his massive legs, with a black belt with a silver belt buckle holding them up. On his feet are black sturdy biker boots that maybe worn in but still have many miles left in them.

History

Joseph Miller was born in space as his parents were escaping from their home planet, on the run for their political beliefs. Their ship was damaged in their escape, which aided and hindered them. The damage done to it the pursuers were sure they would die, and the left them to die. While it was not as bad as the enemy thought it was, it was not quite dead in the water. They were able to set course for a random M class planet, and head there.

Joseph's parents looked mostly human, his father just taller than most humans, but still within the NBA range. They used the components of their ship that they could salvage that were valuable on earth to buy a farm a bit away from people and planned to live their lives and raise their family here.

Joe's parents had a daughter not long after they came to earth, and so Joe's life growing up was much like any normal kid's just being the largest kid in not only school, but in the district, probably even farther. The exposure to earth's atmosphere has a different effect on Joe and his sister, than his parents. Joe's parents were slowly dying to something in Earth's atmosphere. Joe, being young when he came to this planet, he had developed a resistance to it, and his sister being born on this planet, was born with an immunity to what ever it was, but also robbed her of any powers she might have developed.

Joe's parents realized they were dying and did not seem to be a cure for it on earth, so they went through the paperwork and had Joe declared an emancipated minor, and left custody of his sister to him. At sixteen years old Joe became in charge of his family, which now was just him and his sister. Joe finished his high school years barely, and continued to work on the family farm, and working on peoples vehicles, a skill he had picked up from his father during their time together.

Joe spent most of his time at the farm working and making sure his sister had everything thing she needed. One night in her senior year, she was coming home from a friends house late, and a tragedy occurred. A biker gang came upon her while she had stopped to get gas at an automated station. The gang took her and did horrible things to her. When she was a few hours late Joe began to worry and by one in the morning he was out looking for her. He found her car, evidence of a struggle, and with some work he tracked the trail the bikers had left. He found his sister barely alive, and tried to help her but it was to late, she died in his arms.

There were graffiti that told who the biker band was but not enough proof for the police to get them before the gang had moved on. Joe buried his sister beside his parents, and made a deal with one of their neighbors that they could use his land for paying the taxes on it, and a little spending cash to be sent to an account for him. He took his bike, and headed out to find those who has killed his sister.

During this time, he went by the name of Mongoose, as the gang he was looking for was called the vipers. He spent a year or two following them and taking out the ones who had hurt his sister. He did not kill any of them, but left them so none of them would ever be the same. Because of this he is wanted for questioning on some events in New Mexico.

When the last member of the gang had went to ground and there were no leads on him. Someone approached him and offered him a position in a off shoot of the Avengers based in Europe. He saw no leads on the man he was looking for and figures letting the man get sloppy for a while might help him find him, so he took the offer.

The group in England had some good things and some bad things happen with it. It was a group of all new heroes and most of them hit it off pretty well, even to the point Joe made one of his best friends on the team. But the team was not a legit Avengers franchise a villain (Leaving unnamed for future plots can be a FC or OC) had set it up as a front to take out some competition. When the team found out it was not legit they foiled the villains plans and ended up disbanding. Joe has came back to America and is planning on contacting the real Avengers and letting them know about the other team and what happened, and perhaps staying in the area for a while. Doing the hero thing felt good, and New York seems one of the places to make your start at.

BODY RESISTANCE
His body is made of a denser material than normal humans, and while it feels normal to the touch it can withstand damage much more than normal humans. Normal fire or cold, do not harm him till they are getting to the higher extremes of temperatures. He is immune to normal bullets, from military level weapons and below. Armor piercing, explosive and other type of specialty rounds can still hold problems for him.

STAMINA
Joe's alien biology makes him near tireless, and is able to keep on the go for extended lengths of time. He can hold his breath for around 5 minutes.

STRENGTH

Joe is a powerhouse that few saw coming. Joe can lift one hundred tons, putting him in the league of some of the strongest heroes out there.

FARMING
Joe grew up as a farmer and from such he has your basic farming skills, and if given the basic things he needs he can grow crops, take care of farm animals and such.

HAND TO HAND
Joe has basic hand to hand training. He has been able to depend on his strength most of his life, so this skill is still in the rookie range as he is looking for someone to help train him.

MECHANIC

Joe is a skilled mechanic. He has been working on cars, tractors, motorcycles and such. He even built his own motorcycle custom to his size.

CUSTOM MOTORCYCLE
Joe has built a motorcycle that is built for his size. This bike is mostly standard Harley Davison type except for it's size.

HOME
Joe is living in the bottom floor of a refurbished warehouse. The owner has changed it into a few apartments, and Joe has a decent sized section of the bottom layer for keeping anyone from messing with it and the tenants.

MONEY

Joe has a small income from the bank account from the farm back home, but most of his funds come from either occasionally working freight at the ship yards or taking money off drug dealers and other villains that he stops.

ALLERGY
Joe's race like many aliens races seems to be susceptible to an element found on earth, but Joe's alien physiology has caused it to have an odd effect on him. When exposed to Argon, it has a drug like effect on him. From being in Vegas among all the neon lights it is like he has a light buzz, to direct contact with it could be passed out drunk, or hallucination. (depending on what is best for the current RP.)

APPETITE
With Joe's build and his metabolism he consumes around twice the food of a normal person.

MAGIC
Joe's physiology does not protect him from magic. He is affected by magical effects as if he was a normal human.

PSYCHIC
Joe has no training against psychic attacks, and the only real resistance he has is his stubbornness. So it does not take much to control him.

SIZE

Because of his size Joe often can not fit into normal things. He has to have clothes special made for him, most vehicles can not fit him easily if at all.
