Lucifer It took some time. Little of this. Dash of that. Locator spells can be easy and difficult - it really depends on what you're searching for. Submarines are easy to find, specific submarines can be harder. The Devil is determined, however, and while the Devil could do Devil-ish things - he also has a Nathaniel to consider. Course they can both breathe underwater but he's pretty sure Nathaniel would have to come up for air a time or two.

So they'll go out by boat to the approximite location of where the submarine is. Lucifer grinning the Devil's Grin as they make their way. Oh he's going to have some fun with this. That's for sure. Of course he'll wait (forcibly) because Nathaniel has some tasks to perform as well but if the submarine tries to put up a fight, Lucifer's gonna pack a hell of a wollop back!
Sinister No, there would be no need to come up for air. He could if he chose to, remain indefinitely on the bottom of the ocean, contemplating the inexorable dark. But that's not the point of that musing is it?

There is planning, involving having a cargo bag full of gear. "So. I have explosives. I have depth charges and I have a plan. I honestly don't care much what you do to the crew my love, as long as I can get to their computers and place my containments on the imprisoned individuals. I take mild offense at the audacity of them to chain the tiger." Sinister, all in black, keeps a scanning eye on the various different spectrums that he can actually see in, to scan the surface of the sea. Even at depth, there is wisdom in being able to borrow the power of Banshee, or Siren to echolocate. They are, it seems, contained in a little ray gun gadget.
Lucifer "I shall leave the imprisoned and the computers to you. Just play a bit of a distraction while you do your thing and once you're all done, I'll draw them in for the ending they deserve." Lucifer offers this with a grin to his beloved. "Unless you want to keep one or two of them for interrogating." That much more offered as he glances over the vast sea. Water on every side of them and not a speck of land in any near distance.

"I wonder how SHIELD would take to our meddling in the affairs of their enemy. Taking out a piece of the puzzle all together. Not that I truly care, but it is a curiosity." Then the boat is slowed until it stops as they are within the vicinity of where Lucifer's tracking spell has led them. Now it's up for the gadgets to do the rest of the work.
Sinister And work is what they do. Pointing the ray gun down toward the water, Sinister narrows his eyes to slits as he listens... intently... to the sound of water. Yes, that is a thing, the waves lapping make a different wave form than hard metal objects down in the depths.

"There's going to be a few whales that don't like me much. Oh, the shame of it." He murmurs that, fires the gun again and listens.

"Three fathoms down, cruising. I would say that it's going about forty knots. We may need to make like torpedos. Did you plan for that, or am I becoming an interesting jet propulsion device?"

The sky seems... ominous. There's a storm brewing.

"I imagine SHIELD would take issue though. They don't like any kind of interference that isn't on their books, but they -do- work with the avengers. So. Clearly they can handle monstrous egos." He grins.
Lucifer "The whales will get over it..." Lucifer comments off-handedly before looking over the water once more. "I never plan for anything, but if a storm is brewing we'll need a way to protect the ship." Saying this even as he deterimines a way to anchor it that will hopefully not let on to anyone or anything that something lurks nearby.

"I'm pretty sure as long as I can see it, I can get into it easily enough so boarding the sub won't be an issue. Triggering their security might be... but sometimes needs must. It is a glorious day to cause some mayhem..."
Sinister "It is..." But there might be his answer. Zipping up the bag after he returns the ray gun to a holster at his hip, along with a grapnel. With a lean in, there's a fierce kiss placed smack on the lips, before Sinister takes the devil by the waist and dives neatly overboard. By the time he hits the water, they're propelling forward into the dark, a shield of red energy around them both and catapulted forward by the power of telekinesis -- that red glow may also just be enough to see by.

The grapnel in hand, the shadows of the deep ocean swallow them whole, save for that dim red glow -- and the prospect of the running lights of a cloaked submarine that defies radar.

The grapnel? It's fired at the hull of the ship, where a round 'mine' attaches, blue and gold light blinking. Hydrophilial energy device, gluding the ship the surface of the ocean. It just might... drift a bit.
