Synopsis:	Damian and Nikki run into one another and have a quick chat.

Nikki Hawkins has posed:
The sky is overcast with gray clouds that seem to threaten rain. Does that keep Nikki inside the coffee shop? Absolutely not! Instead, she's outside with her coffee order sitting in front of her along side a breakfast sandwich (12pm is still breakfast time, right?). Of course, the reason she's outside is more because she can freely smoke a cigarette and - today - she actually has her robot companion with her.

Squishy the Robot is about three feet tall, rolls around on two 'legs', and has claw-arms. He beeps like R2D2, and stays by Nikki's side when they're out and about. The turquoise-haired woman flicks ashes into an ashtray and turns the page of - strangely enough - the newspaper before reaching to then take a sip of her coffee. If one didn't know better she seems like a normal person doing normal things!

Robin (Wayne) has posed:
(12pm is totally still breakfast time).

Though one Damian Wayne had slept in. He typically prefers to, considering his waking hours are quite tumultuous and longstanding at even the best of times. Though, as Nikki is working on taking care of a pleasant cigarette and of course, her lovely newspaper, a man in a dark suit is walking down the street, who turns just so to look at her.

A steaming cup of coffee rests in hand, green eyes nearly piercing the veil behind her own. If this man had any telepathic talent...

But alas, he does not.

"Nikki, if I'm not mistaken?" As the visage of Damian Wayne - son of Bruce Wayne - comes into view.

Nikki Hawkins has posed:
Nikki is pulled from her slight respite within the newspaper by a slightly familar voice and shadow that further darkens the path beneath those threatening rain clouds. Eyes shift to look the figure over and then she smiles. "Yes?" A pause. A squint. "Oh! Damian, right? Nikki met you with Tim the other night." She offers this much with a smile and then folds her paper up to set aside. This comes with a motion to the seat across from her. "Is Damian off to somewhere important or can he pause for a chat with his coffee?"

Squishy turns - as if he has a front and back but really he looks the same in all directions - and gives a few beeps and boops. "Oh. Yes. This is Squishy. Squishy, this is a friend of Nikki's. Nikki promises.." Tho is she truly able to speak robot or is she just playing along with the tones?

Robin (Wayne) has posed:
"Correct."

Is Damian's remark to Nikki, a kindness in his eyes despite the stoic nature of his facial features. "It looks as though my adopted brother isn't with you today. More than likely, he's at work and - hopefully - doing well?" Damian asks of Nikki, figuring she would probably know better if they were together. Yet, all the same, he lifts his shoulders in a shrug at Nikki's invitation, approaching the seat across from her and taking his seat.

"I suppose I could speak for a moment."

He turns to look at Squishy in that moment, tilting his head at the robot. "Is this the creation you were telling me about the other night?"
