Born in the 30th century, Nura Nal is from the distant planet of Naltor. The Naltorians are a race of precognitives, or people that can see into the future. Nura Nal is considered one of the more powerful precognitives of that entire race, and even then, she can see only a few seconds into the future while she's awake. She can see farther into the future while she dreams, and only one or two POSSIBLE outcomes. So she makes steps to prevent them if they're bad. However, the other Legonnaires value her counsel for she tries to keep her fellow Legonnaires safe. That being said, she is quite an intelligent Biologist, skilled with Martial Arts, and is quite charismatic, caring, as well as an able leader.

Standing 5'9", this woman has long blonde hair flowing down to her shoulders. She has large blue eyes framed by blonde eyebrows and high cheekbones. She has a lovely angular face and full pink lips.
She has rather fair skin all over her body, and what a body it is. She has a nicely toned body and rather lovely feminine curves, much like that of a swimsuit model. She wears a silver colored leotard with sleeves and armbands upon her forearms. It has a deep plunging neckline that stops at her Legionnaire's belt, and is up high on the hips. She also has a pair of silver boots that go up to her knees.
History

Nura Nal is a Naltorian from the 31st century. Naltorians are a race of precognisants from deep space, so much so that they have a leader called the 'High Seer'. Nura Nal is one of the more powerful precogs in Naltor. She joined the Legion of Superheroes under false pretenses. She had a vision of the Legion dying from certain attacks, so when she joined, she started to phase the Legionnaires out that were in danger of getting hurt. In the end, the Legion found that she was only acting in their best interests, thus she was voted in, much to the dismay of the female legionnaires. In time, she earned the trust of the female Legionnaires as well.
After a few of the Legion members have gone missing, Nura has volunteered to go and find them, complete with her flight ring, belt and communicator to find her fellow legion members.
Personality

Nura Nal is quite charismatic and approachable. She tends to be kind to people, and especially her fellow Legionnaires, unless there is danger, then she is quite forward, and even slightly bossy. However, she tends to be quite personable, with a ready smile and attempt to make your day better, whether it's just asking how your day was, to a treat while watching TV, or more.

DREAMING PRECOGNITION
When Nura Nal sleeps, she can have dreams about the future. She can some possible outcomes in the future and can do things to prevent such things from happening. One of such events was when she tried to prevent Legionnaires from getting killed.
PRECOGNITION
Nura Nal has the ability to see a few seconds into the future. These can come in sudden flashes of insight, but it can become a little too much for her after a few seconds. This can help in seeing whether someone will be successful with a task or not, or assisting her against an enemy fighter with her martial arts.

MARTIAL ARTS
Nura Nal has been trained by a few of the best martial artists in the 31st century, notably, the Karate Kid, a Legionnaire. She is one of the more talented martial artists in the Legionnaires and even the world and, aided by her Precognition, she can be especially deadly.
NALTORIAN SCIENCE
In the 31st century, Nura Nal had mastered Naltorian Science, making her one of the Galaxy's elite intellectual minds. TO say the least, she knows a little bit of everything, though she doesn't let it go to her head.

FLIGHT RING
Using the Legion flight ring, she is able to fly through the air easily and even through space, as it creates a protective barrier around the wearer to fly through space.
LEGIONNAIRES
Her fellow Legionnaires are her greatest resource, as she can call on them if she needs them.
TELEPATHIC COMMUNICATOR
Using a special type of ear piece, Nura Nal can talk to the rest of the Legionnaires using her mind. It's a standard piece of equipment for Legionnaires.

MORTAL
She cannot breathe in space, she cannot deflect a bullet with her bare hand, and much more for a normal humanoid being, such as her.
OUT OF TIME
She wasn't bornin the 21st century, and she only knows pieces of it through history books, so many things are not as they were to her knowledge.
OVERWHELMING PRECOGNITION
If Nura Nal uses her precognition for too long, she can be overwhelmed by the sheer number of disparate timelines she can see. So she tries to use this gift sparingly, or, if she must use it for her own personal defense, she will use the knowledge to defeat her enemy quickly.
