TELEKINESIS
Julian's main power is telekinesis with this he is able to lift himself and make himself fly, among other things such as manipulating a video game controller or making his backpack trail behind him. He is carefree with the use of his powers, often taking to flying to another place over walking or running, or even lifting things he could just as well carry himself. He himself enjoys playing a harmless prank or two by moving someone's vehicle to an adjacent spot or switching things around while someone isn't watching. While he uses his powers, an aura of green can be seen around his hands and arms, and in cases of heavy power usage, his eyes will glow green along with a halo of green light emitting from his head.

CHARISMA
Julian is a natural leader, he knows how to charm people when needed, when to intimidate people, and when to feign loyalty to gain what he wants.
STREET SMARTS
Growing up most of his young life poor has caused Julian to learn certain skills, such as how to open a car door without setting off an alarm, or even how to navigate a city without using main streets and sidewalks.

FAMILY MONEY
Many doors closed to a young man of his age can be opened by greasing a few palms, Julian is no stranger to using his family's money in order to get what he wants. It's not something he does flippantly, but definitely something he does not shy away from. To those close to him, Julian is known for giving lavish presents for occasions such as birthdays and other special occasions. Wether this is from a genuine place of thoughtfulness or a place of manipulation is something only Julian knows, and most peers do not care to ask.
