Profile

Douglas "Doug" Ramsey was a member of the second generation of students who passed through Xavier's school, commonly known as the "New Mutants". Unfortunately Doug was caught in a crossfire with a terrorist, and he died taking a bullet for one of his friends. He was buried in a quiet grave in Salem Center, to rest in peace... Until a deranged scientist's experiments led to Doug's resurrection. Now, Cypher is making up for lost time, and using his greatly expanded powers to fight a world that often fears and hates his kind as the Mutant Master of Language!
