She would read everything she could find on him, research on the internet, she even volunteered to help the GCPD with their computer systems, partly to gain access to their files. At first it was just to go to a costume party as 'Batgirl', a way to bridge the day to day life of an energetic college student and her little obsession with Batman. Her day job helps with this activity, and Barbara finds herself not simply working this activity during the day anymore.
