Second Crown Prince of Thundera.
Scion of the Tiger Clan.

Warrior, scholar and scout, Tygra was not always the calm and friendly intellectual he is cultivating now, once upon a time he was a wildchild, a brash young warrior out to prove he was meant to be a ruler. Those times are gone. Now he is far from home, far from his people and ready to strike out again into the unknown and find his sense of self and purpose once again.

Tygra is a human looking man with colorations and markings of a Tiger, tall and broad shouldered with ropey corded muscles. Yellow-golden cat eyes and the claws on feet and hands of a predator. His tastes in clothing have changed and are set to more readily accomodate survival, a green suit of body armor, his extending bulllwhip and a laser pistol. His boots and gloves peel back over limbs just enough for easy release of his sharpened nails and toes.

By most standards he is an attractive man that is quick to smile as long as you are not an enemy or a threat to innocents or those he cares about (or cats, don't hurt cats).

More human in appearance than many anthro-types Tygra does not possess a tail. This may inspire a sort of envy but that has yet to be seen.

History

Tygra's life began on the diverse and alien world of Thundera. A planet far away from Earth, outside of the Milky Way Galaxy. His was a beginning that is riddled with tragedy. His biological father Javan of the Tiger Clan was given the option to save his people from disease by the Ancient Spirits of Evil in exchange for the price of his infant child's life. Javan chose his son.

Sent away by Javan Tygra to the capital city of unified tribes, the Cat's Lair. Tygra arrived in the courtyard of Lord of Thundercats Claudus and his beloved wife. The royal couple looked at this as a good omen and took the boy in, declaring him their adopted child and the heir to the throne of all their world.

For a time Tygra had everything he could ever want. He had a mother he loved dearly, a father he respected and a people. He one day would also be King and leader of the Thunderian people.

Then it all changed, when Lion-O was born and Tygra soon realized he lost everything, his mother, his right to the throne. Naturally he grew bitter, envious, angry and jealous. He despised Lion-O.

Despite this he still formed a familial and brothers-bond with Lion-O and no longer future King Tygra was still a strong-willed thrill loving and courageous princeling. He displayed great talents in all military affairs, a keen intellect and a physical prowess that was to be admired.

Time would pass, Thundera in an epic battle waged between the dreaded Ratilla and sagely Jaga would be destroyed when the Sword of Plun-Darr was engulfed by a volcano. It's escape from this volcano would bring suffering to the entire world. It would cause it to be was destroyed. The Thunderians were forced to flee their homeworld.

The Thunderians sought out a new home to call their own, a New Thundera. New Thundara s they began calling it. This planet was inhabited by many strange and new creatures, the Berbils, mystical unicorns, bizarre to wonderful aliens and some of the greatest enemies the Thunderians would ever face. Not long into colonization a new war for the survival of the Thunderians began, the remaining Thundercats as they would call themselves are forced to flee once more.

Fleeing to space they are chased to the edges of their galaxy only to become lost in the abyss of beyond. With no choice but to place themselves in stasis the Thundercats become a silent and derelict ship, lost floating through the cosmos.

Recently Tygra has awoken on a new world, alone, unaware of where his family, friends and loved ones may be. His pod crashed upon the Earth of 2025. No ability to reach his kin, perhaps the very last of the proud and mighty Thundercats.

Personality

Tygra started out shy and uncomfortable with himself. As time changed he matured in to a confident, cocky and at times even arrogant young man, sure of himself and often reckless.

As time has passed and he has matured Tygra has become thoughtful, calm, analytical and intelligent, he still often has an ego and can be rather impulsive but this is usually only in the battlefield or when someone he cares about or an innocent is in danger.

At this point in his life he likes to portray himself as a confident, smooth and level-headed warrior-scholar who embodies integrity and right mind, spirit and heart.

ILLUSIONIST
Mentalism, focused willpower, Tiger Spirit and martial arts techniques have gifted Tygra with the power to cast illusions and even turn invisible. These illusory tricks are often limited in their execution. He can create such things as after-images, duplicates of himself or others, and realistic looking manifestations of persons or objects. These illusions do not last long and tend to take a lot out of Tygra, especially if they are complex or exceptionally long lasting.

The most potent of his illusions is the ability to convince people he is not there, a form of invisibility. A trick of the optics and mind. With the usage of his bolo-whip as a foci it works much better having actually become his ritual for activation.

THUNDERIAN PHYSIOLOGY
As a Thunderian Tygra is tier beyond a peak human. He possesses hard sharp claws and teeth, felinistic eyes capable of low-light vision, senses of hearing and smell on par with an Earth cat, the strength of a Tiger of appropriate size and the uncanny balance, coordination and fortitude afforded a wild animal.

MARKSMAN
Over time Tygra has grown familiar with advanced technology to the point he is a crack shot. A sniper with a knack for hitting his target whether it is fired projectiles or thrown.

MARTIAL ARTIST
Tygra is very trained and experienced in the arts of war. He is a tactical fighter who was mentored by King Claudus' finest men. He can readily handle himself in almost any environment and compete against other champions. He is an expert in many weapons archaic and exotic but a true master of the whip.

SCHOLAR
Earlier in his youth this is a title beyond the battlefield Tygra would not have possessed but as he has aged he has calmed, his focus has drawn inwards and he has focused his scholastic and academic pursuits, his studies while on New Thundera have assisted him in becoming a rather competent scientific researcher, a budding architect and a novice gadgeteer. He enjoys designing bases, fortifications and loves modifying his toys. If there is new technology to be found it is likely he will tinker with it.

TECH-ADEPT
Tygra possesses a quick and analytical mind, this supposedly coupled with his genetics grants him a natural aptitude with technology, he has a thing for gadgets, quickly figures out vehicles and is drawn to foreign technology. It isn't as though he has any real knowledge about what he is doing with it, it is simply that he intuitively learns how to operate it. By no means does this grant any form of mastery, he just ends up talented on a level he shouldn't seemingly without instruction.

GEAR KIT
Tygra's Thunderian gear consists of green battle armor built from a combination of hi-tech composites. His signature extending and retracting bolo-whip that can extend up to around two dozen feet and is incredibly durable, the whip's orbs can also ignite like lanterns if the handle is twisted. A personally modified and souped up laser pistol. An his personalized microtool kit which includes a number of trinkets, like a small plasma torch and multispectrum eyepiece.

ADDICTIVE PERSONALITY
Tygra is highly susceptible to addiction, chink in his armor, a flaw in his personality, a genetic defect? There is no explanation on why but he hyperfocuses and it causes him to overindulge or immerse. This can run from just experiencing new things, sensations or even learning. When younger it applied to the expected, fighting, physical exertion, alchol but as he grows older he finds it applying to foreign foods, books, Netflix (if he ever discovers it), so many things could cause him to become absorbed especially in a new and undiscovered world (by him at least).

ALIEN-SPACE-CAT-PERSON
Tygra is clearly not from this Earth. He is a Thunderan from another world, he is not familiar with Earth customs, mannerisms, slang, clothing, any of it. He also doesn't look the part of a human being, maybe at best he can pass as a mutant but his markings, eyes, claws, colorations. None of this can be hidden.

RECOVERING XENOPHOBE
Tygra has always been on the side of a speciest. He holds cat-like creatures above others as racial pride dictates. He is very protective of creatures feline in nature and can show extreme viciousness to those who may show cruelty to his 'kin'. A certain level of xenophobia follows him around and makes it hard for him to be comfortable around other species, even allies and at times he can come off quite callous, rude or brusque. Also expect bad cat puns. That just comes with the territory.

SEASICKNESS
Although Tygra has no major aversions to swimming or water. He has shown at times the inability to last for long periods on a boat or floating above water. Much vomiting will take place and he becomes about as vicious as a kitten and not a Thunderkitten.

SPIRIT OF INTEGRITY
A strength but also something that can be used against him. Honor, loyalty, dignity, integrity, these are all very important to Tygra and any Thundercat. Right and Wrong are very clear cut for Tygra.
